    针对我国低透气性煤层难以增透的现状,研究了高压空气爆破致裂煤层的增透机理,研发了煤层高压空气爆破的增透装备,实现了远程爆破控制及其监控,成功进行了多次室外露天试爆,从而形成了高压空气爆破增透成套技术,并进行了现场工业性试验。结果表明:高压空气爆破致裂增透技术能够在低透气性煤层取得较好的增透效果,可大幅增加煤层瓦斯的涌出量与抽采量,能够缩短工作面的预抽时间,可加快工作面的推进速度,能有效提高煤炭及煤层气产量,为改善我国煤层的低透气性难题开辟了一条新的途径。
  • Abstract
    According to the actual condition with difficult to improve permeability of coal seam with low permeability,the permeability improvement mechanism of air bla sting of high pressure was studied in the coal seam. And the permeability improvement equipment of air blasting of high pressure was studied.And both the remote control and the remote monitoring were achieved.The explosion was well carried on many times in the open.The whole set technology of air blasting of high pressure was formed. Lots of industrial tests were tested in the coal mine. The results showed that the permeability improvement effect was well achieved in the low permeability of coal seam wit h the permeability improvement technology of air blasting of high pressure.Meanwhile the technology which was safe and reliable, the rushing volume and extraction volum e of gas in the coal seam were increased,the time of gas extraction could be reduced,advancing speed of workface could be improved and the production of coal and gas C an be effectively increased.The new way was established for improving the low permeability of coal seam in China.
