    针对打通一矿近距离突出煤层群上保护层开采面临的快速消突与瓦斯超限的难题,采用本煤层水力压裂增透,顺层平行钻孔下套管预抽,邻近被保护层底板穿层网格钻孔预抽、卸压抽、残抽,高位钻孔抽采,"U型+尾排"通风方式等瓦斯综合治理技术措施,实现了保护层工作面的快速消突,抽采达标时间缩短了90 d,突出预测指标K1、S从未超标,工作面瓦斯抽采率达到72.07%,彻底解决了回风隅角瓦斯频繁超限难题,保障了矿井采掘接替及工作面安全高效回采。
  • Abstract
    According to the rapid outburst elimination and gas content over limit problems faced to the mining in upper protective seam incontiguous outburst seams of Datong No.1 mine,the mining seam hydraulic fracturing and permeability improvement technology,in seamhorizontal borehole and casing pre-drainage technology,adjacent protected seam floor passing through cross seam borehole pre-drainage,pressure released drainage,residual drainage technology,high level borehole drainage technology, U type + tail discharging ventilation modeand other gas comprehensive control technical measures were applied. The rapid outburst elimination of the protective seam face was real-ized. The gas drainage standard time was reduced by 90 days. The outburst predicted indexK1 andSwas never over the standard. The gasdrainage rate of the coa | mining face was 72.07%. The gas frequent over limit problem at the air retuning corner was completely solved andthe safety and high efficient mining of the mining and e xcavation alternation were ensured.
