  • 摘要
    针对陈兴远煤矿42-43号急倾斜特厚煤层采空区易发生煤自燃的问题,通过分析岩层移动规律发现,受采动影响形成的顶板侧裂隙漏风与采空区大量遗煤复合作用是影响采空区煤自然发火的主要因素。针对火区地表漏风严重、浮煤区域分布广且呈立体分布的特点,提出构建地表回填堵漏风,井下钻套一体化快速灭火钻孔施工、立体式灌注三相阻化泡沫泥浆快速降温防复燃的火区综合治理技术。应用这些技术有效抑制了火区的蔓延,并成功扑灭了该火区。
  • Abstract
    According to coal spontaneous combustion accidents occurred in No. 42- 43 steeply inclined ultra thick seam goaf in Chenxingyuan Mine,the analysis on ro ck strata movement law showed that roof side crack air leakage affected by mining activities and great left coal complex role would be main factor affected to coal spontan eous combustion in goaf. According to the serious air leakage at surface ground of fire area and the wide distribution and three dimensional distribution features of falling d own coal area,fire comprehensive control technology of fire zone with backfill to seal air leakage, borehole construction of underground mine borehole drilling and casing int egration rapid fire distinguishing was provided. The application of those technologies could effectively control firing zone to be extended and could successfully extinguish f iring zone.
