    为了研究粉碎时间对煤层瓦斯含量测值的影响,采用高压吸附装置和破碎装置测试了吸附平衡压力1、2、3 MPa下煤样粉碎0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 h后的残存瓦斯含量,并分析了不同粉碎时间下的煤样粒径。试验结果表明:粉碎时间相同时,粉碎后煤的残存瓦斯含量随吸附平衡压力的增高而增大;吸附平衡压力相同时,粉碎后的煤的残存瓦斯含量随粉碎时间的增加逐渐增大,当粉碎时间超过1.5 h后,粉碎后煤的残存瓦斯含量趋于定值;当粉碎时间超过1.67 h后,粒度小于0.25 mm的煤样质量超过80%;综合粉碎后煤的粒径分布情况和残存瓦斯含量的变化,确定煤层瓦斯含量测定过程中煤样合理粉碎时间为2 h。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the effect of crushing time to gas content measured value of seam,the high pressure adsorption device and crushing device were applied t 0 measure and test residual gas content of coal samples crushed after 0. 5,1. 0,1. 5,2. 0 and 2. 5 hours under adsorption equllibrium pressure of 1,2 and 3 MPa. The partic le diameters of coal samples were analyzed under different crushing time.The experiment results showed that when the crushing time was same,residual gas content of Co al crushed would be increased with increased adsorption equilibrium pressure. When the adsorption eqillbrium pressure was same,residual gas content of coal crushed W ould be increased with increased crushing time. After crushing time was over 1. 5 hours,residual gas content of coal crushed would be a constant value. When crushing tim e was over 1. 67 hours,the weight of coal sample with particles less than 0. 25 mm would be over 80%. Comprehensively With coal particle diameters distribution condition and residual gas content variation after coal crushed,rational crushing time of coal sample was 2 hours during gas content measuring process of seam.
