摘要
为了解决工作面初次来压垮落步距过大问题,针对平朔井工二矿11号煤层赋存情况及开采技术条件,通过利用基本顶固支岩梁力学模型,对该矿11号煤层首采工作面基本顶初次垮落步距进行了分析和计算,提出了在工作面开切眼中采用顶板深孔预裂爆破弱化的方法,减小工作面初次来压的垮落步距。现场矿压监测与分析结果表明,顶板经过弱化处理后初次来压步距仅为15.6 m,从而减小了采空区顶板悬露面积,有效防止了该工作面顶板大面积来压的发生,保证了近距离煤层开采中下位煤层首采工作面初采期间的安全回采。
