    为解决褐煤矿区弱胶结砂岩巷道变形量大的难题,在地质力学测试、黏土矿物成分分析、可锚性试验研究的基础上,提出了强力承压拱、全断面及时支护、全长预应力锚固、强力护表及预应力有效扩散等巷道支护措施,实现了对褐煤矿区弱胶结砂岩巷道强力锚网索一次支护。结果表明:高预紧力强力锚杆支护系统取消了架棚支护,降低了支护成本,减轻了劳动强度,巷道整体收敛率控制在3%以内;巷道两帮最大移近量为55 mm,顶底板最大移近量为38 mm。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve a high deformation problem of a mine weak cemented sandstone roadway in lignite mining area, based on the geomechanics test, comp osition analysis on the clay mineral and the study on the bolting test, a powerful pressure bearing arch, time support of the full cross section, full length pre- stress bolti ng, powerful surface protection, pre- stress effective spreading and other roadway support principles were provided, a single powerful bolt I steel mesh 1 anchor support of the mine weak cemented sandstone roadway in lignite mining area was realized. The results showed that the high pretension powerful bolt support system could elim inate the timber square support, reduce the support cost and the labor intensity. The integrated convergence of the mine roadway was controlled within 3%. The max co nvergence between the two sidewalls was 55 mm and the max convergence between the roof and floor was 38 mm.
