    为了提高岩巷掘进速度,以新巨龙煤矿为研究对象,采用MH620掘进机代替传统爆破掘进技术,形成了一套完整的硬岩快速综掘作业线。分别对影响掘进速度的破岩、装运、支护3大工序进行优化,优化了截割工艺,建立长距离连续带式输送机运输系统,提出了拱型机载液压临时支护技术。工程应用表明:快速综掘技术可提高循环进尺和掘进效率,在巷道断面为26.3 m2,岩石普氏系数为11的条件下,实现了月平均进尺130 m,月最高进尺达到150 m,有效提高了深部硬岩大断面巷道的掘进速度。

  • Abstract
    In order to improve the heading speed of the mine rock roadway, taking Xinjulong Mine as a study object, a MH620 mode roadheader was applied to repl ace the traditional drilling and blasting heading technology and to form a completed set mine hard rock mechanized heading operation line. An optimization was conduct ed individually on the rock breaking, loading, transportation and support processes affected to the heading speed. The rock cutting technology was optimized. A long dis tance continuous conveying system of the belt conveyor was set up and a hydraulic temporary arch support technology with the roadheader was provided. The engineer ing application showed that the rapid mechanized heading technology could improve the circulated advance rate and the heading efficiency. Under the condition of the mine roadway with a cross section of 26. 3 m2and the rock Protodyakonov coefficient of 11, the average month advance rate of 130 m was realized and the max month advance rate was 150 m. Thus the heading speed of the mine large cross section hard rock roadway in the deep mine was effectively improved.
