摘要
为解决夹河煤矿深部大断面3号交岔点难以支护的问题,分析可知3号交岔点变形破坏的主要原因是高地应力、开挖扰动以及支护体和围岩强度与结构的不耦合,据此提出了锚网喷+锚索+底角锚杆+中间岩柱双控锚索的耦合支护技术,现场应用表明:采用锚网索耦合支护技术后3号交岔点顶底板最大移近量为69 mm,两帮最大移近量为45 mm,3号交岔点变形得到了有效控制。

Abstract
In order to solve the difficult support problem of No.3 intersection of deep large cross section in Jiahe Mine, the paper analyzed the major causes of the
deformation failure in No. 3 intersection were the high ground stress, mining and excavation turbulence and the uncoupling between the surrounding rock strength and s
tructure. A coupling support technology of bolt/steel mesh/shotcreting + anchor + floor corner bolt + double control anchor in middle rock pillar was provided. The site ap
plication showed that after the coupling support applied, a max roof and floor convergence of No.3 intersection was 69 mm, a max convergence of the two sidewalls wa
s 45 mm and the deformation of No. 3 intersection was effectively controlled.
