摘要
针对现有的地面水平定向钻井开采煤层气及煤矿井下钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯受时间和空间限制的问题,提出了地面多分支水平钻井和井下钻孔对接预抽瓦斯技术,并在沙曲煤矿24307工作面对多分支水平钻井对接井下钻孔进行应用研究,对接后,瓦斯抽采钻孔XC01的产气量达6 000~7 000m2/d,瓦斯体积分数达95%;XC02的产气量基本稳定在12 000 m3/d左右,平均瓦斯体积分数达到了91.05%;大幅提高了单井产气量和瓦斯抽采效率。

horizontal connection well engineering of No. 24307 working face Shaqu Mine. After connection, the gas production rate of gas drainage borehole XC01 was 6 000 ~ 7
000 m3/d and the average gas concentration was 95%; the gas production rate of gas drainage borehole XC02 was around 12 000 m3/d and the average gas concentra
tion was 91.05%. The gas production of single well and gas drainage ratio grew significantly.
