    为提高深井巷道围岩的稳定性和支护体系的安全性,提出采用定向钻进L型钻孔地面预注浆加固技术,其关键技术包括L型钻孔技术、水平孔止浆技术、新型加固浆液研制等,重点介绍了L型钻孔技术中的钻孔装备、测斜定向装备和钻井泥浆质量控制技术。应用此技术对信湖煤矿井底车场的中央泵房、变电所进行了注浆加固,实现了垂深999 m水平段注浆加固距离200 m。结果表明该技术可在明显减少地面预注浆孔数的基础上,大幅提高单孔注浆范围和注浆效果,单孔造斜段注浆量可达1 459 m3,水平加固段注浆量可达955.5 m3,确保了深井巷道围岩的稳定性。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve the stability of surrounding rock and the security of supporting system in deep mine roadways, the directional dilling L type borehole for the ground pre-grouting reinforcement was proposed. The key technologies inclued drilling L type borehole technology, sealing technology of horizontal drilling, matc hing new reinforcing grout liquid and so on. The drilling equipment, inclinometer directional equipment and quality control of drilling mud with L type borehole technolog y were detailedly introduced. The central pumping station and electric power station of Xinhu Mine shaft bottom were grouted. The distance of horizontal grouting reinfo rcement achieved 200m when vertical depth was 999 m. The results showed that the range of single-hole grouting and grouting effect on the basis of a small amount of the number of ground pre-grouting holes was substantially increased. The grouting volume reached 1 459 m3in building up section, grouting volume reached 955. 5 m3i n horizontal drilling section. The stability of surrounding rock of deep mine roadways could be ensured.
