对接长锚杆在深井大采高窄煤柱巷道支护中的应用

    为解决深井大采高窄煤柱巷帮破碎深度大和锚索延伸率低的问题,提出了采用巷顶对接长锚杆取代锚索,巷帮刚性长螺纹对接长锚杆取代短锚杆的支护技术。基于现场实测和FLAC3D数值模拟确定了对接长锚杆支护方案,优化了锚杆支护参数,并进行了现场对比试验,结果表明:锚索支护效果与顶板下沉量有很大关系,由于锚索支护强度高,但在顶板下沉量超过锚索延伸量时,大量锚索发生破断、失效,然而对接长锚杆均无破断现象,起到了较好的支护作用;帮部刚性长螺纹对接长锚杆支护在掘采期间均能较好地控制两帮移近量,并缩短了两帮变形稳定时间。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve a deep broken depth of the sidewall along the gateway with high cutting narrow coal pillar in deep mine and a low extension rate of ana nchor, a connected long bolt applied to the roof support of the gateway was provided to replace the anchor and a rigid long thread bar connected bolt applied to the gat eway sidewall was provided to replace the short bolt support technology.Based on the site measurement and the FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation, a connected long bolt s upport plan was set up, the bolt support parameters were optimized and a site comparison experiment was conducted.The results showed that there was a high relation ship between the anchor support effect and roof subsidence value.Due to the high support strength of the anchor, when the roof subsidence value was not over the exte nsion value of the anchor, many anchors were broken and failure occurred and the connected long bolt with no broken phenomenon occurred had good support functio n.The rigid long thread bar connected bolt support would well contral the convergence value between the two sidewalls during the mining and excavation period and co uld reduce the deformation and stability time of the two sidewalls.
