    针对太平煤矿急倾斜煤层地质构造复杂,现有采煤方法落后致使采出率低的现状,研发了急倾斜煤层走向长壁综合机械化开采技术装备,即JBB-I型急倾斜煤层刨运综采机组成套装备,该机组主要由液压支架、电液控制系统及刨运机等组成。工业性试验结果表明,JBB-I型急倾斜煤层刨运综采机组结构简单,刨运梁既是刨头割煤时的承载体,又可用来移架,利用急倾斜煤层的特点省略了刮板输送机;机组运行时性能稳定,实现了工作面开采期间的无人化,增强了急倾斜工作面的安全性,提高了煤炭资源采出率。

  • Abstract
    According to complicated geological structure of steep inclined seam in Taiping Mine and the low mining recovery rate status of the backward available C oal mining method, the strike longwall fully- mechanized coal mining technology and equipment for the steep inclined seam was researched and developed as JBB- | m ode ploughing and conveying fully- mechanized mining unit completed equipment.The mining unit was consisted of the hydraulic powered supports, electrohydraulic Co ntrol system, ploughing and conveying machine and other systems. The industrial trial results showed that the JBB- I mode fully- mechanized coal mining unit was simpl e in the structure.The ploughing and conveying beam could be loading structure during the plough in the coal cutting operation, could be applied to the powered support pushing forwards and could eliminate a scraper conveyer with the feature of the steep inclined seam. The operation performance of the mining unit was stable and the u nmannization could be realized during the mining period of the coal mining face. Thus the safety of the steep inclined coal mining face would be enhanced and the mini ng recovery rate of the coal resources could be improved.
