煤矿井下近水平定向钻具摩擦阻力分析

    为了指导对煤矿井下定向钻进参数的选择、明确钻孔轨迹控制及对孔内工况的判断,需要对钻具摩擦阻力进行研究和预测。在借鉴石油领域钻具摩擦阻力模型研究成果的基础上,根据煤矿井下近水平定向钻进技术的特点,对钻柱微元段受力分析,建立了钻具摩擦阻力软杆模型。对摩擦因数的反算法进行了研究,推导出3种常规工况下的摩擦阻力计算公式。对高河煤矿定向钻孔起钻、定向钻进2种常见工况的孔口载荷进行预测,结果显示预测值与实测值的平均偏差小于0.50 MPa,孔口载荷预测精度满足现场施工精度要求。
  • Abstract
    In order to guide the selection of the directional driling parameters in underground mine, borehole tracing control and judgment of the in-borehole perfor mances, a study and prediction should be conducted on the fractional resistance of the drilling prop.Based on the study achievements of the drilling prop fractional resis tance model applied in the petroleum industry, according to the features of the horizontal directional drilling technology in underground mine, the stressed infinitesimal e lement section of the drilling prop was analyzed and a soft rod model of the drilling prop fractional resistance was established.A study was conducted on the inversion al gorithm of the fractional coefficient and the calculation formula of the fractional resistances under the three normal performances was inferred.A prediction was conduct ed on the orifice loading under the lifting up of the direction drilling and directional drilling normal performances in Gaohe Mine. The results showed that the average dev iation of the predicted value was 0.50 MPa less than the actual measured value and the prediction accuracy of the orifice loading, could meet the accuracy requirement of the site construction.
