    为解决煤矿井下定向深孔卡钻事故,采用定向深孔大孔径套铣打捞技术,通过对事故点孔深、套铣打捞钻具弯曲孔段通过能力、套铣打捞工艺参数进行分析研究,应用结果表明:大孔径套铣打捞钻具通过弯曲孔段能力强,能够有效提高定向深孔卡钻事故处理成功率;但高转速和高钻速不仅会引起回转压力增大而导致套铣钻具断裂事故,且高转速对事故钻具的磨损增大,高钻速易引起沉渣卡钻,建议钻速控制在4~25m/h,转速控制在10~80r/min以解决孔深超过700m定向钻孔卡钻事故。

  • Abstract
    In order to solve problem of directional deep hole stuck drilling in coal mine, the directional deep-hole large aperture milling and salvage technology is adopted. Through analysis and calculation of depth of hole where accident occurs, analysis of passing capacity of milling and drilling tool in curved hole, and study of process parameters of milling and drilling, the research could solved the directional drilling stuck accident when the hole depth exceeds 700 m. The application results show that large aperture milling and drilling tools have a strong ability to penetrate bending holes, which can effectively improve success rate of dealing with targeted deep-hole stuck accidents; high spinning speed and high drilling speed will not only cause increase of swing pressure, but also cause sleeve milling tool to break, and high speed will increase wear of accident drilling tool, and high drilling speed will easily cause drills to be stuck by sediment; it is recommended that drilling speed is controlled at 4~25 m/h and the spinning speed is controlled at 10~80 r/min.
