摘要
目前煤炭地下气化(UCG)试验项目已有50多个,前苏联实践表明,UCG技术是成熟的,可使煤成为较清洁、廉价的能源,乌兹别克斯坦安格连气化站供发电已达半个世纪,无论在经济成本、改善环境方面都有良好的效果。近10年来,澳大利亚、英国、欧盟等政府与地区机构都在大力推动和支持UCG项目。澳大利亚已有12个以上的UCG商业化项目。英国在煤炭地下气化、碳俘获和储存,以及碱性燃料电池的结合方面,在全球具有引领作用,英国从2009年起至今已批准了沿海四周18个UCG项目。欧盟组织的UCG制氢项目和带有CO2俘获、储存的UCG项目也都在有计划地进行中。

s mature and could make coal to be a clean,fficient and low price energy.Uzbekistan Angren Gasification Station has been operated over a half century for the gas po
wer generation and the station has a good effect in the economic cost and the environment improvement aspects.In the recent 10 years,Australia,UK,EU and other gove
rnments with the local organizations are highly promote and support the UCG projects. There are over 12 UCG commercialized projects in Australia.UK plays a world lea
ding role in the UCG,CO2 capture and storage,as well as the alkaline fuel cell combination.Since 2009,UK approved 18 UCG project along the coasts of UK.The UCG to
produce hydrogen project and the UCG projects with CO2 capture and storage of EU are all in schedule.
