水热处理对胜利褐煤孔隙结构和表面性质的影响

    为考察不同水热处理条件对胜利褐煤孔隙结构和表面性质的影响,对水热处理前后煤样的总孔容积、平均孔半径和比表面积进行了表征分析,并采用平衡含水率和Zeta电位表征煤样的表面性质。试验结果表明:水热处理后煤样的总孔容积、平均孔半径和比表面积均大于原煤;温度320℃、恒温时间15 min、N2初压2 MPa和水煤质量比5∶1条件下,处理后的煤样比表面积变化最大,相对于原煤增加了96.72%;升高温度、延长恒温时间和增大初压均能显著降低煤样的吸水性,煤样平衡含水率的最大降幅为76.61%。胜利褐煤的Zeta电位绝对值在水热处理后也显著降低,这与煤中的羧基、酚羟基在水热处理过程中的脱除有关。
  • Abstract
    In order to investigate different hydrothermal treatment conditions affected to the pore structure and surface property of Shengli lignite, the test was cond ucted on the total pore volume, average pore radius and specific surface area of the coal samples after hydrothermal treatment.The balanced moisture content and the Zeta potential were applied to describe the surface property of the coal sample.The results showed that the total pore volume, average pore radius and specific surface area of the coal samples after hydrothermal treatment were higher the raw coal.After the treatment under the conditions of the temperature 320。C,the constant temper ature time 15 min, the N2 initial pressure of 2 MPa and the coal and water ratio of 5 : 1, the specific surface area of the sample would the max in variation and would be increased by 96.72% than raw coal.The temperature rising, the constant temperature time enlarged and the initial pressure increased all could obviously reduce the wat er absorption of the coal sample and the max reduction of the balanced moisture content of the coal sample was 76.61%. The Zeta potential absolute value of Shengli li gnite would be reduced obviously after hydrothermal treatment and was related to the removal of the carboxyI and hydroxyI in the coal during the hydrothermal treatmen t process.
