    为解决单一低透煤层瓦斯治理技术难题,构建了基于高压射流割缝的单一低透煤层瓦斯治理技术体系,分析了不同高压射流割缝方式的增透机制和适用条件,确定了割缝的合理高度、深度和岀煤量,提出了可破除"孤岛效应"的网络化布孔方式。现场应用了割缝预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯技术、割缝预抽回采区域煤层瓦斯技术和割缝预抽石门揭煤区域煤层瓦斯技术,单孔瓦斯抽采影响半径增大2.0~4.3倍,预抽钻孔数量减少36%~44%,取得了显著的瓦斯治理效果。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the gas contral problem of single low permeability coal seam, single low permeability coal seam gas control technology system based 0 n high-pressure jet slotting was constructed.Permeability addition mechanisms and conditions of different high pressure jet slotting mode was analyzed.Reasonable hei ght, depth and coal output of slotted was determined.And networking arrangement of holes which can eradicate island effect was proposed.The technologies of slotted and pre-pumping gas in roadway strips, stoping area and crosscut region were applied in field.The results showed that gas drainage influence radius of single hole incr eased 2.0 ~ 4.3 times and the number of holes decreased by 36% ~ 44%.The effects of gas control was significant.
