摘要
针对深部煤炭开采产生的地压大、巷道围岩变形剧烈、冲击地压强度和频率增加等问题,冀中能源集团从千米深井充填开采的矿压显现规律研究入手,设计开发了具有密实推压功能的充填液压支架、采充平行作业充填工艺和大垂深充填材料输送系统,并针对千米深井的开采实际,运用高水材料进行充填开采,形成了千米深井充填开采的完整技术体系。在邢东矿的实践表明:千米深井充填开采技术及装备的应用,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,解决了大埋深煤层开采对地表破坏面积大的难题,保护了生态环境。
