    我国煤矿采用现场和实验室测试相结合的方法测定煤层瓦斯含量的周期较长,基于煤的瓦斯解吸速度法研制了井下便携式煤层瓦斯含量快速测定仪,可在30 min内测出井下现场煤层瓦斯含量,大幅缩短了瓦斯含量测定周期,提出了煤层瓦斯含量快速测定仪的关键技术。研究表明,煤层瓦斯解吸速度的测定应采用多量程传感器组合、智能自动选择量程的方法,瓦斯解吸速度特征参数V1值应选用前3 min的瓦斯解吸速度数据回归推算,采用原煤煤样现场测定V1与实验室真空脱气法测定瓦斯含量W相结合的方法确定W-V1线性回归系数A、B。实践表明,与实验室测定法相比,煤层瓦斯含量快速测定仪的平均测定误差为4.36%,可满足高瓦斯、突出矿井煤层瓦斯含量测定的要求。
  • Abstract
    The gas content test period was so long with the combination methods of underground test and laboratory test in China.An underground portable rapid d eterminator for gas content was made based on coalbed gas desorption velcity method, and it could obtain results of gas content in 30 minutes in situ underground, so the test period was shortened greatly.The key technologies of the underground portable rapid determinator was proposed.Research results showed that coalbed gas de sorption velocity measurement should use multi-range sensor combination and intelligent select the adaptive range, the characteristic parameter of gas desorption velo city V1 should be determined by regression analysis using the first three minutes data of gas desorption velocity, and the linear regression constants Aand B of W-_V1 s hould be determined by both field test method for V1 and vacuum degassing method for gas content W.The field application shows that the average deviation of the det erminator is 4.36% comparing with laboratory test method.So the determinator can meet the needs of gas content determining in high gassy mines and coal and gas out burst mines.
