    鹤煤八矿2202工作面采动对矿井主煤仓硐室的破坏造成其失稳,从而影响煤仓的安全使用,采用相似材料模拟试验、理论分析和现场实测的方法,分析了工作面采动影响煤仓硐室围岩稳定性的原因,得出了煤仓上覆岩层的运动规律、工作面两侧煤壁支承压力分布规律及煤仓自身的变形规律。根据对煤仓硐室变形观测结果,验证了相似材料模拟试验结论的准确性。研究结果表明:煤层上方S13砂岩是对煤仓围岩变形起着控制作用的关键层,工作面两侧煤壁的支承压力影响范围将远超过正常范围,达80 m;在煤仓上口下山侧肩部和下口上山侧变形最大,会出现轻微破坏,但整个煤仓仍可保证安全使用,回采后4~6个月为煤仓围岩变形的活跃期。
  • Abstract
    Due to the mining activities of No.2202 coal mining face in Hebi No. 8 Mine affected to the safety application of the coal bunker, the similar material sim ulation experiment, theoretical analysis and the site actual measuring method were applied to the analysis on the reasons affected to the surrounding rock stability of th e coal bunker chamber under mining influences. The strata movement law above the coal bunker, the abutment pressure distribution law at the two sides of the coal min ing face and the self deformation law of the coal bunker were obtained. According to the deformation observation results of the coal bunker chamber, the conclusion acc uracy of the similar material simulation experiment was verified. The study results showed that S13 sandstone above the seam was the key stratum to control the surro unding rock deformation of the coal bunker. The width of the abutment pressure zone along the two side coal walls of the coal mining face was far over a normal value and was 80 m. The max deformation was occurred at the top-port of the coal bunker, the side shoulder at the dip head and the bottom-port. Slight failure would be 0CCu rred at above parts. But the safety application of the whole coal bunker could be ensured. After four to six months of the coal mining operations, the surrounding rock de formation of the coal bunker was in an active period.
