摘要
为了量化采动区建筑物受煤矿开采的影响程度,优化抗采动影响加固设计,需分析采动区建筑物的受力和变形特征。结合工程实例,分析计算了采动区某框架结构建筑物所在区域的地表变形量,根据建筑物自身的变形损坏情况运用建筑力学基本原理分析鉴定建筑物受损的原因,再采用拟合试算的方法计算建筑物变形量,对经计算的2个变形量进行了比较和分析。结果表明:采动区的地表下沉值为65 mm,而建筑物基础的位移为30 mm,地表变形值和建筑物的实际变形量不一致,为量化采动区建筑物的附加荷载并进行相应的加固设计提供新的方法,使建筑加固的成本降低约30%。

Abstract
In order to quantify the coal mining influence degree to the buildings in the mining area and to optimize the reinforced design to resist the mining influenc
es, the stress and deformation features of the buildings in the mining area should be analyzed. In combination with the project cases, the ground surface deformation v
alue of the frame structure building in the mining area was analyzed and calculated. According to the deformation and failure conditions of the building, the basic princip
le of the building mechanics was applied to analyze and identify the causes of the building failures. Then the fitting calculation method was applied to calculate the defo
rmation value of the building and a comparison and analysis was conducted on the two calculated deformation values. The results showed that the surface ground subsi
dence value of the mining area was 65 mm, the displacement value of the building basis was 30 mm and the surface ground deformation value and the actual deformati
on value of the building were different. A new method was provided to quantify the additional load of the building in the mining area and to conduct the related reinforce
d design and the reinforcement cost of the building could be reduced about 30%.
