摘要
针对滚筒采煤机截割效率高、破煤岩能力强、适应性能好的特点,研究开发了基于滚筒采煤机自动化综采成套装备,为解决装机功率与设备配套尺寸难题,采用紧凑型扁平链和极薄煤层刮板输送机铸焊结构中部槽,采煤机截割电动机并行布置,截割电动机与牵引电动机纵横向布置以及板式顶梁、平衡千斤顶叠位布置的液压支架新结构,最大限度降低机面高度,满足薄煤层综机设备配套要求。采用综采工作面集中控制系统,远程监控操作,自动完成双向割煤,实现薄煤层工作面自动化开采。基于滚筒采煤机自动化综采成套装备在峰峰薛村矿0.6~1.3 m薄煤层应用后,实现了巷道集中控制,工作面内无人自动化生产,月产量11.8万t,年产量100万t,实现了薄煤层安全高效开采。
