    为了解决首山一矿己15-17严重突出煤层瓦斯压力大、透气性差,采用一般穿层钻孔抽采煤层瓦斯消突效果不理想,导致煤巷掘进速度缓慢、回采工作面接替紧张的问题,采用煤层底板巷水力冲孔卸压增透技术掩护上部煤巷掘进的方法,消除了煤层的突出危险,巷道瓦斯抽采总量提高了2.58倍,掘进过程中动力现象消失,残余瓦斯含量和压力分别降低至6.8 m3/t和0.56 MPa以下,均低于临界值,抽采时间由90~180 d缩短至20~30 d,煤巷月进尺提高1倍,为煤巷安全、快速掘进提供了安全保障。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problems of high gas pressure and poor permeability in Shoushan No. 1 Mine Ji15-17high outburst seam, an outburst elimination eff ect of the seam gas drainage with the general borehole passed through strata was irrational. Thus coal drift driving speed was slow and the coal mining face replaceme nt was difficult. A pressure releasing and permeability improved technology with hydraulic flushing borehole in the gateway along seam floor was applied to protect the C oal drift driving method in the upper coal seam. The outburst danger of the seam was eliminated and the total gas drainage value of the gateway was increased by 2.58 times. The dynamics phenomenon during the driving process was eliminated, the residual gas content and pressure was individually reduced below 6.8 m3/ t and0.56 MPa, which was lower than the critical value. The drainage time was reduced from 90 ~ 180 days to 20 ~ 30 days, and the month driving rate of the coal drift was impro ved by one time, which would provide safety protection for safety and rapid driving of coal drift.
