Research on fault crossing technology of pre- excavation roadway in 21105 working face of Zhengwang Coal Mine

为了使正旺煤矿21105工作面在保证安全开采的前提下顺利通过D2断层,通过分析工作面的地质和围岩条件,在断层附近设计过断层层位,并且在设计层位中预掘巷道,利用顶板压力使设计过断层层位中的岩柱达到塑性状态,减小岩层强度,进而利用采煤机直接截割岩柱通过D2断层。实践表明,该方案有效缩短了工期,保证了矿井的安全生产,说明该方案在技术方面具有可行性,为后续开采工作面过断层提供了技术经验借鉴。
In order to make the 21105 working face of Zhengwang Coal Mine pass through the D2 fault smoothly under the premise of ensuring safe mining, through the analysis of the geological and surrounding rock conditions of the working face, the fault layer is designed near the fault, and the roadway is pre-excavated in the design layer. The roof pressure is used to make the rock pillar in the designed fault layer reach the plastic state, reduce the strength of the rock stratum, and then use the shearer to cut the rock pillar directly through the D2 fault. The practice shows that the scheme effectively shortens the construction period and ensures the safe production of the mine. It shows that the scheme is feasible in technology and provides technical experience for the subsequent mining face to cross the fault.
