    为提高采煤机的运行可靠性,开发了一种基于应变和温度监测的采煤机智能螺杆监测系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理和系统构成。应用结果表明,该系统能够直观反映采煤机螺杆实时状态信息,及时发现和识别温度异常和轴力异常等现象,可为采煤机的可靠运行提供有效保障。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve the operational reliability of coal winning machines, an intelligent screw monitoringsystem based on strain and temperature monitoring has been developed, the system working principle andcomposition were introduced. The application results showed that the system could intuitively reflect the real-timestatus information of coal winning machine screws, timely detect and identify temperature anomalies and axial forceanomalies, and provide effective guarantees for the reliable operation of coal winning machines.
