    针对通风排尘、喷雾降尘等防尘技术在高浓度粉尘综掘工作面中应用效果不明显的问题,以山西蒲县宏源集团富家凹煤业有限公司11309综掘工作面为研究背景,利用Fluent软件构建了综掘工作面物理模型,通过数值模拟分析了风流场分布特征和粉尘运移规律。数值模拟结果表明:利用正压风筒对综掘工作面供风时,风流到达工作面后沿壁面向下运动并扩散,受送风和吸尘风道吸力作用影响,风流形成漩涡,随着与工作面距离的增加,漩涡现象逐步减弱,直至消失;工作面区域风流流速较高,沿着巷道轴向向后风流流速逐渐降低;距综掘工作面越远,粉尘浓度越低;在综掘机司机位置附近粉尘浓度较高。在此基础上,提出了“以风控尘”为除尘思路的扰动拨流控尘技术。通过在正压风筒上增加扰动拨流装置,优化出风口布局,减少正压风筒最前端出口风量,以增加综掘机司机附近径向出风量;将除尘风机吸尘口前置,改变作业空间巷道风流方向,达到控尘、除尘的目的。通过工程实测验证了数值模拟结果和扰动拨流装置的可靠性,结果表明,使用扰动拨流装置后,综掘工作面粉尘浓度显著降低,降尘效率达90%以上。

  • Abstract

    To address the limited effectiveness of dust prevention technologies such as ventilation dust removal and spray dust suppression in fully mechanized mining faces with high dust concentrations, the study used the 11309 fully mechanized mining face at Shanxi Hongyuan Group Fujiawa Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as a case study. Using Fluent software, a physical model of the mining face was constructed, and numerical simulations were conducted to analyze airflow field distribution characteristics and dust migration patterns. The numerical simulation results indicated that, when positive pressure ventilation ducts were used to supply air to the fully mechanized mining face, the airflow descended along the wall surface and diffused. Influenced by the suction force of the ventilation and dust extraction ducts, the airflow formed vortices, which gradually weakened and disappeared with increasing distance from the mining face. The airflow velocity in the working face area was relatively high, while it gradually decreased along the axial direction of the roadway. Dust concentration decreased as the distance from the mining face increased, with higher dust concentrations observed near the position of the machine operator. Based on these findings, a disturbance deflection dust control technology was proposed based on the concept of using airflow to control dust. By implementing a disturbance deflection device to the positive pressure ventilation duct, optimizing the layout of the duct outlets, and reducing the airflow at the frontmost outlet of the duct, the radial airflow near the machine operator was increased. Additionally, the dust extraction fan's suction duct was moved to the front, altering the airflow direction in the roadway, achieving dust control and removal. Engineering tests verified the reliability of the numerical simulation results and the disturbance deflection device. The results showed that the dust concentration in the fully mechanized mining face significantly decreased after using the disturbance deflection device, with a dust suppression efficiency of over 90%.
