摘要
以七五煤矿为研究背景,通过理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,探讨了不同充填参数对中厚煤层膏体充填开采覆岩运移的影响;通过建立覆岩运移力学模型,分析充填体弹性模量对顶板下沉的影响,随着充填体弹性模量的增加,顶板下沉量逐渐减小,但减小速率递减;通过FLAC3D数值模拟,充填率的增加显著提高充填效果,但存在一个最优充填率,超过该值后,增加充填率对顶板支承效果的提升作用有限;工作面煤柱所承载的上覆岩层荷载大于充填体所承载的荷载,随着靠近充填体而变得更加显著。综合理论分析和数值模拟结果,得出在七五煤矿特定地质条件下,充填率为90%,充填体弹性模量为0.3GPa时,可以获得良好的充填效果并最大化开采效益。

Abstract
Taking Qiwu Coal Mine as the research background, the influence of different filling parameters on the overlying rock migration in medium thick coal seam paste filling and mining is explored and discussed through a combination method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation; By establishing a mechanical model of overlying rock migration, the influence of the elastic modulus of the filling body on the subsidence of the roof is analyzed. As the elastic modulus of the filling body increases, the subsidence amount of the roof gradually decreases, but the decrease rate decreases gradually; Through FLAC numerical simulation, the increasing of the filling rate significantly improves the filling effect, but there is an optimal filling rate beyond which the raising action of increasing the filling rate on the roof support effect is limited; The overlying rock stratum load carried by the coal pillar in the working face is greater than the load carried by the filling body, and becomes more significant as it approaches the filling body. Based on comprehensive theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results, it is concluded that under specific geological conditions in Qiwu Coal Mine, when the filling rate is 90% and the elastic modulus of the filling body is 0.3 GPa, good filling effects and maximize mining benefits can be obtained.
