    为解决金桥煤矿4305工作面运输巷工作期间围岩变形量大、难控制等问题,采用理论计算得出了巷道合理支护参数,建立FLAC3D数值计算模型验证了支护参数合理性。巷道顶板及两帮锚杆长度2400mm,间排距为1000mm,顶板锚索长度6300mm,间排距为2000mm。巷道顶板围岩塑性破坏区破坏深度为1.94m,两帮围岩塑性破坏区破坏深度为1.24m,锚杆支护长度有效控制了围岩变形。经现场工业试验,巷道顶板锚杆、锚索受力最大值分别达到35kN、60kN,均未超过锚杆、锚索应力屈服值;巷道顶底板最大移近量为50mm,两帮移近量为115mm,巷道围岩位移量变化较小,有效控制了巷道围岩变形。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problems of large deformation amount of surrounding rock and difficult to control and others during the transportation roadway working period of the 4305 working face in Jinqiao Coal Mine, theoretical calculations are used to obtain reasonable support parameters for the roadway. A FLAC numerical calculation model is established to verify the rationality of the support parameters. The anchor rods length of the roadway roof and two sides is 2400 mm, with a row spacing of 1000 mm, and the length of the roof anchor cable is 6300 mm, with a row spacing of 2000 mm. The failure depth of the plastic failure zone of the roadway roof surrounding rock is 1.94 m, and the failure depth of the plastic failure zone of the two sides surrounding rock is 1.24 m. The length of anchor rod support effectively controls the surrounding rock deformation. After on-site industrial tests, the maximum force bearing values of the anchor rod and anchor cable of the roadway roof reaches 35 kN and 60 kN respectively, both of which does not exceed the stress yield values of the anchor rod and anchor cable. The maximum displacement amount of the roof and floor of the roadway is 50 mm, and the displacement amount of the two sides is 115 mm; The displacement amount of the roadway surrounding rock changes relatively small, effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.
