摘要
针对岱庄煤业13上18工作面下覆集中皮带下山大巷服务期限过长、支护强度降低问题,通过现场实测与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了原有支护方案下围岩特性和变形机理,分析了不同支护参数下锚杆(索)对巷道围岩控制和运移特征,发现了原支护方案中存在的不足。研究结果表明:集中皮带下山浅部围岩强度较低,塑性破坏严重,深部围岩出现剧烈应力降低区,存在离层和裂隙。集中皮带下山在原支护方案基础上,通过减少锚索长度和间距,优化托板构件,并搭配拱形托板和球型垫圈的方法,可降低巷道浅部围岩破坏程度,改善围岩内部应力状态,增加巷道服务年限。

Abstract
In view of the problem of long service period and support strength reduction of the underburden concentrated belt downhill main roadway in the 1318 working face of Daizhuang Coal Industry, the surrounding rock characteristics and deformation mechanism under the original support scheme are studied through a combination method of on-site measurement and numerical simulation. The control and migration characteristics of anchor rods (cables) on the roadway surrounding rock under different support parameters are analyzed, and the existing shortcomings of the original support scheme are found. The research results show that the strength of the shallow surrounding rock of the concentrated belt downhill is relatively low, and plastic damage is severe. There is a severe stress reduction area occures in the deep surrounding rock, with separation layer and cracks. Based on the original support scheme, the concentrated belt downhill can reduce the damage degree of the shallow surrounding rock of the roadway, improve the internal stress state of the surrounding rock, and increase the service life of the roadway through the method of reducing the length and row spacing of the anchor cables, optimizing the support plate components, and combining them with arched support plates and spherical washers.
