    针对陷落柱区域沿空留巷留设和维护困难的难题,该文以老母坡矿3105工作面沿空留巷为背景,通过地质调查、理论分析、工程类比、现场实测相结合的研究方法,对工作面过陷落柱的方式、巷道布置及支护技术进行研究,提出了锚网索联合支护、辅以单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁加强支护,并采取锚索预注浆加固的支护方案。结果表明:在一定条件下工作面直接推过陷落柱,回采巷道掘配巷的方式相比于重开切眼跳过陷落柱和绕过陷落柱这两种方式更具有优越性,以上支护方案将巷道顶底板及两帮的变形量控制在240mm以内,取得了较好的围岩控制效果,可为类似条件的工程提供一定的借鉴作用。
  • Abstract
    In view of the difficulties in setting up and maintaining retaining roadway along goaf in the collapse column area, this article takes the 3105 working face retaining roadway along goaf of Laomupo Mine as the background. Through a research method combining geological investigation, theoretical analysis, engineering analogy, and on-site actual measurement, the way of working face passing through collapse columns, roadway layout, and support technology are studied. A support scheme is proposed, which includes anchor net cable combined support, supplemented by single hydraulic pillars and hinge joint top beams to strengthen the support, and adopts anchor cable pre grouting reinforcement. The results show that under certain conditions, the working face is directly pushed through collapse columns, and the way of stoping roadway excavating and matching the roadway is more superior than the two ways of reopening the cutting hole to skip the collapse col-umn and bypass the collapse column. The above support scheme controls the deformation amount of the roadway roof, floor, and two sides within 240 mm, achieving relatively good surrounding rock control effect, which can provide some reference for engineering with similar conditions.
