摘要
采用腐植酸为原料,丙烯酸为接枝共聚单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制备腐植酸-丙烯酸接枝共聚物,并检测其对水煤浆黏度、流动性、稳定性的影响。通过正交实验,得出了腐植酸-丙烯酸接枝共聚物的合成优化条件:丙烯酸与腐植酸质量比为0.35∶1.00,引发剂用量5%,反应温度75℃,保温时间2 h,腐植酸-丙烯酸接枝共聚物对陕西彬长煤水煤浆具有良好的分散性能,当分散剂用量为0.12%时,水煤浆的表观黏度为956 mPa.s。
