    为解决矿井煤与瓦斯突出导致瓦斯超限或引发瓦斯爆炸的重大次生灾害问题,建立瞬变流、对流扩散和有源风网方程,研究瓦斯突出在矿井通风系统中的动力影响和瓦斯运移传播过程。通过简单通风管网系统突出动力实验,研究在瓦斯突出源流动力与风机通风共同作用下矿井风流的非稳态运动特征。开发了矿井煤与瓦斯突出仿真软件NC2.0,模拟再现了焦作九里山矿"10·27"煤与瓦斯突出事故,在给定突出源模型(流量变化曲线)下对突出后瓦斯在矿井内非稳态流动及瓦斯分布进行仿真模拟。结果表明,突出后突出瓦斯源压力是导致风流发生变化的主要因素,并以波的形式辐射传播;瓦斯突出源高强度气流改变了矿井系统的风流运动,使回风侧巷道风量产生"过流"现象,同时抑制了进风侧巷道风量,严重时甚至出现逆流的现象。研究可为突出矿井抗灾救护预案制定、降低灾害损失以及防止二次灾害事故发生提供借鉴。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the serious secondary disasters of the gas overrun or gas explosion,which is caused by coal and gas outburst in mine,the equations of fluid transients,convection diffusion and source-containing ventilation net- work were established to study the dynamic effect and gas migration process of gas outburst in mine ventilation system. In this paper,the gas migration process under the combined effect of gas outburst power and mine ventilation was in- vestigated through the outburst dynamic experiment of ventilation network system. A simulation software NC2. 0 of coal and gas outburst has been developed,and the “10·27” coal and gas outburst accident in Jiaozuo Jiulishan Coal Mine was simulated by NC2. 0 software. Throughout the simulation process,the unsteady air flow and gas distribution in Jiul- ishan Coal Mine after gas outburst were simulated respectively by the fluid changing curve given. The results indicate that the outburst pressure after gas outburst is the main factor leading to airflow change,propagating by wave propaga- tion. The high strength airflow changes the direction of air flow,increases the air volume in return airway,and decrea- ses the air volume in intake airflow roadway at the same time,even leading to backflow. The research provides a theo- retical basis for disaster prevention and control,reducing loss and preventing secondary disasters in outburst mines.
