    根据巴彦高勒煤矿311103大采高综采工作面巷道顶板支护现状和支护局限性,提出设计一种垛式支架用于巷道超前支护。结合巴彦高勒煤矿311103综采工作面及巷道概况,运用理论计算和实测分析确定支架的主要技术参数和结构特点,利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行整架力学分析,同时检测在大采高综采工作面巷道支护的现场应用情况。结果表明,采用垛式超前支架进行巷道支护可以有效保证工作效率,降低事故发生率,减少人工劳动,可为我国煤矿大采高综采工作面巷道超前支护提供技术参考。
  • Abstract
    According to the roof support status and the support limitation for the mine gateway of No. 311103 high cutting fully-mechanized coal mining face in Baya ngol Coal Mine, the paper provided a design of a stack type advanced powered support applied to the advance support of the mine gateway. In combination with the co nditions of No.311103 fully-mechanized coal mining face and the gateway in Bayangol Coal Mine, the theoretical calculation and site measurement analysis were appli ed to set up the major technical parameters and the structure features of the stack powered support. The ANSYS Workbench software was applied to the mechanics an alysis on the whole set powered support. The site application condition to the gateway support of the high cutting fully-mechanized coal mining face was detected. The r esults showed that the application of the stack type advanced powered support to the gateway support could effectively ensure the working efficiency, could reduce the accident rate occurred, could reduce the labor and could provide the technical references to the advanced support of the gateway in the high cutting fully-mechanized C oal mining face in China.
