    为了掌握长抽短压通风条件下综掘工作面的粉尘分布特征,在3个全煤巷综掘工作面分别布置粉尘浓度测点及粉尘分散度测点进行测量,得到粉尘分布特征。结果表明:掘进机司机处、掘进机后5 m处回风侧以及抽出式通风机入口处的全尘质量浓度分布范围分别为320~415 mg/m~3、200~292 mg/m~3、290~365 mg/m~3,全尘质量浓度及呼吸性粉尘质量浓度在掘进机司机处、抽出式通风机入口处较大,掘进机后5 m处回风侧较小;在掘进机司机处至掘进机后5 m的回风侧范围内,粉尘粒径分布不对称,粒径>10μm的粉尘为主要粉尘,占全尘的68.99%~84.25%;从掘进机司机处至掘进机后5 m处回风侧,<10μm的粉尘分散度增加,>10μm的粉尘分散度减小,而各粒径的分散度变化量较小。
  • Abstract
    In order to master the dust distributing features of the fully-mechanized heading face under the condition of the long distance exhausted and short distan ce forced ventilation, the measurements were conducted on the dust density measuring points and the dust dispersion measuring points located in the mechanized hea ding faces of the three full seam roadways. The dust distribution features and data were obtained and an analysis study was conducted on the features and data. The r esults showed that the distribution scale of the total dust mass density at the air return side of roadheader driver chamber and 5 meters beyond the roadheader were 32 0 ~ 415 mg/m3, 200~ 292 mg/m3 and 290 ~ 365 mg/m3 individually. The total dust mass density and respirable dust mass density at the roadheader driver chamber an d the inlet of the exhaust type fan would be higher and the total dust mass density and respirable dust mass density at the air return side of the5 meters beyond the roa dheader would be lower. Within the range of the air return side between the roadheader driver chamber and the 5meters beyond the roadheader, the dust particle size d istribution would be asymmetry. The dust with the particle size less than 10 μm would be the main dust and would be taken 68.99% ~ 84.25% of the total dust. At the air return side between the roadheader driver chamber to the 5 meter beyond the roadheader, the 10 μm dust dispersion wou Id be decreased and the dispersion variation of each particle size would be small.
