    为了掌握大采高综采工作面的粉尘分布特征,在采煤工作面布置测点进行粉尘质量浓度和粉尘分散度测定,并分析其浓度及特征粒径的分布规律,结果表明:采煤和移架作为工作面的主要尘源,移架的产粉尘质量浓度更大,呼吸性粉尘所占比例更高;工作面大于10μm的粉尘分散度最大,在粉尘中占主要比例。小于10μm的粉尘分散度为16.32%~41.16%;从采煤机到工作面进风口,粉尘中位粒径依次减小,呼吸性粉尘所占比例依次增加,主要粒径的分布范围更加集中,索太尔平均粒径依次减小,比表面积依次增加;采煤工作面工作人员的接触粉尘以粒径小于10μm的粉尘为主,所占比例为61.36%,中位粒径为7.68μm,主要粉尘粒径分布范围为1.74~20.39μm。
  • Abstract
    In order to master the dust distribution features of the high cutting fully-mechanized coal mining face, the measuring point set in the coal mining face wer e applied to the measures of the dust quantity density and the dust dispersion and to analyze the distribution laws of the dust density and the characteristic particle siz e. The result showed that the coal mining operation and the powered support removing operation would cause the major dust sources in the coal mining face. The dust quantity density from the powered support removing would be higher and the percentage of the respirable dust would be higher. The dust dispersion with the particle siz e over 10 μm in the coal miming face was high and was taken the major percentage in the dust. The dust dispersion with the particle size less than 10 μm was ranging f rom 16.32% ~ 41.16%. From the coal shearer to the air inlet of the coal mining face, the particle size in the dust was reduced successively, the percentage of the respir able dust was increased successively, the major partical size distribution scope was more concentrated, the Sauter mean partical size was reduced successively and th e specific surface area was increased successively. The dust connected by the miners in the coal mining face was the dust with the partical size less than 10 μm mainl y. The dust with partical size less than 10 μm was taken 61.36%, the middle partical size was 7.68 μm and the distribution scope of the major dust partical size was 1.7 4 ~ 20.39 μm.
