摘要
为完善一次采全厚成套装备技术,提高特厚煤层开采效率,在总结国内外综采装备使用经验基础上,研制出适用于8.2 m工作面的超大采高液压支架,针对支架稳定性、防片帮措施、抗冲击性能、过渡配套方式及所使用材料的焊接性能等关键技术进行了研究,分析了支架失稳角度及销孔配合对支架稳定性的影响,开发了支架三级协动护帮装置,发明了大缸径能量耗散抗冲击立柱,完成了新型拼装式锻造柱窝设计,解决了3.5 m大梯度过渡配套难题,研发了Q890新材料及其焊接工艺,在此基础上,解决了超大采高液压支架大尺度高动压敏感结构稳定性和可靠性难题,实现了液压支架轻量化设计,有效提高了煤炭回采率。

Based on summarizing the experience of using of fully-mechanized mining equipment, powered support in 8. 2 m ultra large mining height working face
was researched; stability of powered support, preventive measures of spalling, impact resistance, coordination method and weldability of the new material were studied;
