    为解决新疆、内蒙古等严寒地区冬季室外输送带输煤系统长期冻黏物料,造成带式输送机沿线粉尘浓度增高和大量落煤的堆积,以及下游居民区的粉尘污染严重等难题,基于防冻黏溶液的特殊性质,以某选煤厂4号生产系统为研究对象,提出采用防冻黏喷雾技术对现有的输煤系统进行改造。现场应用结果表明:该技术解决了严寒条件下(-5~-40℃),输送带输煤系统长期冻黏物料的问题,使带式输送机沿线落煤量降低了85%以上,同时输送带机打滑、跑偏、撒煤等现象大幅减少,提高了生产效率,减轻了作业人员的劳动量,改善了作业环境(呼吸性粉尘和总尘质量浓度分别不大于3.5和5.0 mg/m3),达到了良好的效果。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the long term freezing and adhered material on the coal conveying system of the belt conveyor in winter outdoor of Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and other freezing cold areas in China, the freezing and adhered material would cause the coal dust concentration increased and the great amount fallen coal accumulated along the sides of the belt conveyor, the serious coal dust pollution to the downstream residents and other problems. Based on the special features of the anti-freezing adhesive solutions, taking No. 4 production system of a coal preparation plant as a study object, the anti-freezing adhesive spraying technology was applied to reconstruct the available coal conveying system and a trial application was conducted at the site. The test results showed that the spraying technology thoroughly solved the long term freezing and adhesive material problem of the belt coal conveying system under the freezing cold condition with a temperature ranging from -5 ~ -40 ℃. Thus the falling coal quantity along the belt conveyor was reduced over 85%. Meanwhile the slip, off central running, coal dispersion and other phenomenon of the conveying belt were highly reduced, the production efficiency was improved and the labor intensity of the operation personnel was reduced. The operation environment (the respirable dust and total dust mass concentration higher than 3.5 and 5 mg/m3) was reached to good expected effect.
