Research and application of water stop plug construction technology in the subsidence crossing column of fully mechanized top coal caving face

陷落柱与承压水导通具有突水危险.本文以平朔井工一矿4#煤层14107 工作面X5 陷落柱治理为背景.依据止水塞构建原理.设计了止水塞建造和注浆防渗结合的工艺方案.确定陷落柱加固高度55 m.注浆层位选择在11#煤底板下10-65 m 的太原组和本溪组砂岩和杂质铝土泥岩段.并应用引流注浆新工艺完善与加固[止水塞".通过治理.14107 工作面安全高效通过X5 陷落柱.
Water inrush in the mine will be caused by the connection between the collapse column and the confined water. The treatment of X5 collapse column in 14107 working face of No. 4 coal seam in Pingshuo Jinggong No. 1 Mine is taken as an example in this paper. According to the construction principle of water stop plug. the process plan of combining the construction of water stop plug with grouting seepage prevention was designed. The reinforcement height of the collapse column was determined to be 55m. and the grouting horizon was selected to be the sandstone and impurity bauxite mudstone section of Taiyuan Formation and Benxi Formation 10m-65m below the floor of coal seam 11. The new drainage grouting process was applied to improve and strengthen the "water stop plug". The mining process of 14107 working face passed through the X5 collapse column safely and efficiently.
