    坚硬顶板是良好的储能体,破断时释放大量弹性能极易诱发冲击地压灾害。以陕西省孟村煤矿中央大巷为研究对象,通过对中央大巷的地质赋存特征、煤层物性力学特征、巷道空间关系和地应力赋存特征进行综合分析,认为高地应力赋存、强冲击倾向性、多巷布置造成的应力集中和上覆易“储能”的坚硬顶板是导致中央大巷冲击地压频发的主要因素。基于此,提出顶板条带弱化法来对巷道上覆坚硬顶板进行致裂弱化,达到防治巷道冲击地压的目的。顶板条带弱化就是指在巷道正上方一定范围的坚硬顶板内通过人工措施沿顶板顺层方向制造平行于巷道轴向的条带状弱化范围,其主要作用是降低能量存储、增加能量耗散和局部结构调整,并对这3 个作用机制分别进行了力学建模和分析。最后,在孟村中央大巷采用超长孔水力压裂技术在坚硬顶板内构筑顶板条带弱化范围,借助SOS 微震监测系统对比措施前后一定区域内微震事件的能级和显现特征,结果显示措施后监测区域内再无能量大于104 J 的微震事件出现,其他等级的能量均出现明显的下降,且能量的集聚区域也发生了一定的改变,也就是说措施范围内坚硬顶板的完整性和储能能力降低,表明顶板条带弱化法取得了良好的防冲效果,同时也表明该技术可以为巷道防冲提供新的技术手段。

  • Abstract
    Hard roof is a superior energy storage body but can easily induce rockburst as it releases a large amount ofelastic energy when breaking. Taking the central roadway of the Mengcun coal mine in Shaanxi as the research objectand considering its geological occurrence characteristics,coal seam physical mechanical properties,roadway spatial re⁃lationship and in⁃situ stress occurrence characteristics,it is found that its high ground stress occurrence,strong im⁃pact tendency,stress concentration caused by multi roadway arrangement,and overlying hard roof that is prone to storeenergy are the main factors leading to the frequent occurrence of rock burst in the central roadway. Based on this,the roof strip weakening method is proposed to create a strip weakening range parallel to the axis of the roadway along thebedding direction to prevent the roadway rockburst. According to the mechanical model and analysis, it isdemonstrated that the method can effectively reduce energy storage,increase energy dissipation and local structure ad⁃justment. Additionally,the ultra⁃long hole hydraulic fracturing technique is used to form the weakening area of the roofstrip in the hard roof in the central roadway. By employing the SOS microseismic monitoring system,the energy leveland appearance characteristics of microseismic events in a certain area before and after the measures are compared.The results show that there are no occurrence of microseismic events with energy greater than 104 J in the monitoringarea,and the energy of other magnitudes also decreases significantly,the energy concentration zone changes corre⁃spondingly. These results demonstrate that the roof strip weakening method can effectively contain the potential ofrockburst,and provide a new technical means for roadway rockburst prevention.
