  • 摘要
    随着煤炭资源的高强度开发与煤化工产业的快速发展,产生了大量劣质煤与煤系固废,如低品质末煤、煤泥、粉煤灰和气化渣等。煤炭加工与提质技术是实现劣质煤炭资源化、高值化与清洁高效利用的重要一环。基于目前煤炭洗选与利用过程中面临的实际问题,介绍了近几年山东能源集团在末煤干法分选、煤泥综合利用与固废资源化等领域开展的工程实践与技术成果,开发的末煤干法分选装备有效解决了-6 mm粒状煤炭的高效降灰问题,煤泥低温干燥技术实现了低品质煤泥的低成本脱水提质,新型湿法型煤技术有效破解了散烧煤燃烧污染问题。开展的煤系固废资源化制备高强陶粒和气化灰渣制备矿井充填材料技术研究,旨在探索减量化为主-梯级利用与高值化为辅的煤系固废利用途径。
  • Abstract

    With the high-intensity development of coal resources and the rapid development of coal chemical industry, a large number of low-quality coal and coal measure solid wastes have been produced, such as inferior coal, slime, coal fly ash and coal gasification slag. Coal processing and quality improvement technology is an important link to realize the recycling, high-value, clean and efficient utilization of low-quality coal. Based on the actual problems faced in the current coal separation and utilization process, introduces the engineering practice and technical achievements carried out by Shandong Energy Group in the fields of final coal dry separation, comprehensive utilization of coal slime and solid waste recycling in recent years, The dry separation equipment of final coal developed by our team effectively solves the problem of efficient ash reduction of −6 mm granular coal, and The low temperature drying technology of coal slime can improve the quality of low quality coal slime at low cost, and The new wet briquette technology has effectively solved the pollution problem of loose burning coal. The technology research of coal-based solid waste resource preparation of high-strength ceramide and coal gasification ash preparation of mine filling material carried out by the company aims to explore the utilization way of coal measure solid waste based on decrement disposal and supplemented by high value conversion.
