煤中微量元素测定的样品预处理方法解析

    微量元素在煤炭燃烧过程中会迁移至环境中从而造成危害,样品预处理是准确测定煤中微量元素含量的重要环节,需针对煤中不同微量元素的不同检测方法而合理选取适当的预处理方法,其对方法灵敏度、测定结果的准确性与稳定性及分析效率均有重要的影响。介绍煤中15种微量元素测定的预处理方法及其特点,重点阐述湿消解法、氧弹分解燃烧法、烧结半熔法、高温燃烧水解法和灰化法等样品预处理方法。现有国家标准中的样品预处理方法基本满足目前煤中微量元素测定需求,以微波消解、固体进样技术为代表的煤样预处理方式近年来为实现煤中多种微量元素同时测定提供技术支撑。随着各种先进检测仪器和检测技术迅速发展,样品预处理技术朝着自动化、智能化、微量化、在线化、信息化、专业化的方向发展。
  • Abstract
    Trace elements in the process of coal combustion will migrate to environment and cause harm, sample pre⁃treatment is an important link of accurate trace element content in coal. For different trace elements in coal and differ⁃ent detection methods, the reasonable selection appropriate pretreatment method were selected, it has an importantimpact on the sensitivity of the method, the accuracy and stability of the determination results and the analysis effi⁃ciency. The pretreatment methods and characteristics of 15 trace elements in coal were introduced, and the samplepretreatment methods such as wet digestion method, oxygen bomb decomposition combustion method, sintering semi-melting method, high temperature combustion hydrolysis method and ash chemical method were mainly expounded.The sample pretreatment method in the existing national standards can basically meet the current demand for the deter⁃mination of trace elements in coal. In recent years, the coal sample pretreatment methods represented by microwavedigestion and solid injection technology provide technical support for the realization of the simultaneous determinationof various trace elements in coal. With the rapid development of various advanced testing instruments and testing tech⁃nologies, the sample pretreatment technology is developing towards the direction of automation, intelligence, trace,online, information and specialization.
