  • 摘要
    碳排放核算是有效开展各项碳减排工作、促进经济绿色转型的基本前提,煤炭行业是碳减排的重点对象之一。以黑岱沟选煤厂为研究对象,基于IPCC温室气体核算指南和中国煤炭生产企业温室气体排放核算指南,研究了选煤厂生产过程中的碳排放以及碳排放因子的选取问题,构建了选煤厂碳排放核算模型,计算的得到得出该选煤厂生产1t煤炭产品排放二氧化碳当量数为36.8476kgCO2e。研究成果对于建立统一规范的煤炭行业碳排放核算体系、统筹“双碳”工作、促进经济社会发展全面绿色低碳转型具有重要意义。
  • Abstract
    Carbon emission accounting is the basic premise for various carbon emission reduction measures and promoting green economic transformation. Coal industry is one of the key objects of carbon emission reduction. Taking Heidaigou Coal Preparation Plant as the research object, based on IPCC greenhouse gas accounting guidelines and China’ s coal production enterprise accounting guidelines, the carbon emissions in the production process of the coal preparation plant and the selection of carbon emission factors were studied, a carbon emission accounting model for coal preparation plant was established. According to the calculation, 36. 8476 kg carbon dioxide equivalent is generated in the production of 1 ton coal product. It is of great significance for establishing a unified and standardized carbon emission accounting system for the coal preparation industry, coordinating the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality work, and promote the overall green and low - carbon transformation of economic and social development.
