摘要
为提高寺河煤矿薄煤层的开采效率,提出了智能化开采方案,通过液压支架受力变形特征和智能化控制技术研究,为该煤层的智能化开采奠定基础。研究结果表明:液压支架应力最大处为受力侧支柱顶端;智能化移架系统通过主要包括多网融合技术、找直技术、联机控制技术,通过液压支架的智能化控制,极大地提高了寺河煤矿薄层的开采效率。

Abstract
In order to improve the mining efficiency of thin coal seams in Sihe Coal Mine, an intelligent mining scheme is proposed. Through research on the force bearing deformation characteristics of hydraulic supports and intelligent control technology, the foundation for intelligent mining of this coal seam is laid. The research results indicate that the maximum stress of the hydraulic support is located at the top of the force bearing side pillar; The intelligent frame moving system greatly improves the mining efficiency of thin layers in Sihe Coal Mine by mainly including multi network fusion technology, straightening technology, online control technology, and through the intelligent control of hydraulic supports.
