艾尔加煤的煤岩与煤质特性及炼焦配煤关键问题分析

    我国焦化行业对优质炼焦煤需求不断增长,但面临日益严重的优质炼焦煤短缺和煤质下降问题,而俄罗斯远东地区的强黏结性低硫炼焦煤是我国炼焦配煤的良好补充,其与国内高硫肥煤和焦煤存在成焦特性差异但具有煤质互补性,配煤炼焦时有利于稳定焦炭质量。系统分析南雅库特煤田艾尔加煤的煤岩、煤质、黏结成焦特性以及煤灰化学成分,对炼焦配煤的关键问题进行分析。结果发现:艾尔加煤为典型的肥煤,黏结性强、胶质层厚度大、流动性好、膨胀度高,在炼焦配煤中可以发挥良好的作用;艾尔加煤的灰分、硫分含量低,有害微量元素含量低,能满足我国炼焦煤进口的要求;艾尔加煤中镜质组含量在97%以上,活惰比异常高,偏离煤岩配煤中组分平衡指数区间;艾尔加煤中碱金属和碱土金属含量较高,矿物催化指数高。艾尔加煤制备焦炭的热反应性(CRI)≥50%,反应后强度(CSR)≤30%,应开展活惰比调控和煤灰化学成分调控研究,制定科学合理的互换性配煤实验方案,为国内焦化企业大比例配用该煤提供技术支撑。
  • Abstract
    The demand for high⁃quality coking coals in China 's coking industry is constantly increasing. Seriousproblems such as shortage of high⁃quality coking coal and decline in coal quality have been found. The coking coals inFar East of Russia is a good supplement to coking coals in China, as characteristics of strong caking and low sulfurwere found. There are differences in coking characteristics between Elga coal and domestic fat coals and coking coals,as complementary qualities were found. Blending of those coal is beneficial for stabilizing coke quality during coking.The characteristics of petrography, quality, coking and ash chemistry of Elga coal, which located in South Yakutiacoalfield in Far East of Russa, were systematically analyzed. The key issues in coal blending were analyzed. The re⁃sults have shown that Elga coal was a typical fat coal with thick plastic layer, high fluidity and high expansion,which played important roles in coal blending. Elga coal meet the requirements of coking coal import, as low ash,sulfur and harmful trace elements. The vitrinite content in Elga coal was above 97%, and the active⁃inert ratio wasunusually high, which deviated from the range of component balance index (CBI) in coal blending. The mineral cat⁃alytic index (MCI) in Elga coal was high. The coke reactivity index (CRI) of coke prepared from Elga coal was≥50%, while the coke strength after reaction (CSR) was ≤30%. Therefore, it was necessary to carry out researchon the regulations of active⁃inert ratio and the chemical composition of ash, and formulate a scientific and reasonableexperimental scheme for coal blending, to provide technical support for domestic coking enterprises to use this coal inlarge proportion.
