真实型领导对矿工安全创新跨层次影响研究

    为探究智能化背景下真实型领导对矿工安全创新行为的影响机制,使煤矿企业在动态的变革环境下维持安全的生产环境;通过构建真实型领导、知识共享、工作投入以及安全创新之间的跨层次模型,以30个煤矿班组共264名矿工为研究对象展开跨层次研究。结果表明:真实型领导正向调节矿工的安全创新;矿工的工作投入在真实型领导与矿工的安全创新之间起跨层次中介作用;团队间的知识共享在真实型领导与矿工的安全创新之间起跨层次中介作用;团队之间的知识共享正向调节矿工的工作投入;团队间的知识共享与矿工的工作投入在真实型领导与矿工的安全创新之间起跨层次链式中介作用。
  • Abstract
    In order to explore the influence mechanism of real leadership on miners’ safety innovation behavior under the background of intelligence, coal mine enterprises can maintain a safe production environment under the dynamic change environment. By constructing a cross-level model among authentic leadership, knowledge sharing, job engagement and safety innovation, a total of 264 miners from 30 coal mine shift groups were taken as the research object to carry out cross-level research. The results show that authentic leadership positively regulates the safety innovation of miners; miners’ job involvement plays a cross-level mediating role between authentic leadership and miners’ safety innovation. Knowledge sharing between teams plays a cross-level mediating role between authentic leadership and miners’ safety innovation. Knowledge sharing among teams positively moderates miners’ work involvement; inter-team knowledge sharing and miners’ work involvement play a cross-level chain mediating role between authentic leadership and miners’ safety innovation.
