    针对回采巷道在断层和采掘扰动影响下产生非对称大变形的技术难题,以棋盘井I030902回风巷为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验相结合的方法,研究了不同断层煤柱宽度下的巷道围岩应力特征、位移以及塑性区扩展规律,分析了近断层回采巷道围岩产生非对称大变形机理,结果表明:断层破碎带应力异常、岩体强度低、支护体系均匀承载效果差是巷道非对称变形的主要原因。结合围岩变形特征及数值模拟反演结果,提出了一种“全锚索+注浆加固”联合支护技术。监测结果表明:修复后60d内,回风巷两帮最大收敛量为182mm,顶底板移近量最大为176mm;工作面回采期间,测站1#两帮最大变形为463mm,顶底板移近量最大为485mm,该方案可有效改善断层区域巷道围岩应力环境,降低围岩塑性区的发育程度,确保回采巷道正常使用。
  • Abstract
    In view of the technical problem that asymmetric large deformation of mining roadway under the influence of fault and mining disturbance, we took the return air channel of Qipanjing I030902 as the research background, used the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test to study the stress characteristics, displacement and plastic zone expansion law of roadway surrounding rock under different fault pillar widths, and analyzed the mechanism of asymmetric large deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway near fault. The results show that, the main causes of asymmetric deformation of roadway are abnormal stress in fault fracture zone, low rock mass strength and poor uniform bearing effect of support system. Combined with the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and numerical simulation inversion results, a combined support technology of “full anchor cable+grouting reinforcement” is proposed. The monitoring results show that within 60 days after the repair, the maximum convergence of the two sides of the return air passage was 182 mm, and the maximum roof-to-floor convergence was 176 mm. During the mining process of the working face, the maximum deformation of the two sides of station 1# was 463 mm, and the maximum roof-to-floor convergence was 485 mm. This scheme can effectively improve the stress environment of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the fault area, reduce the development of the surrounding rock plastic zone, and ensure the normal use of the mining roadway.
