    针对平煤八矿高瓦斯综掘面煤尘浓度高、疏水性强、传统喷雾抗风干扰能力差及覆盖范围小的问题,基于气水两相喷雾理论,对截割头构建了具有良好雾化范围的新型活性磁化水喷雾系统。应用表明:该新型喷雾降尘技术能大幅改善井下粉尘环境,总粉尘、呼吸尘平均降尘效率达到了86.45%、81.39%,显著降低了井下粉尘浓度。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems of high coal dust concentration, strong hydrophobicity, poor anti wind interference ability and small coverage of traditional spray in the high gas fully mechanized excavation face of Pingmei No. 8 Mine, based on the gas water two-phase spray theory, a new type active magnetized water spray system with good atomization range is constructed for the cutting head. The application shows that the new type spray dust reduction technology can significantly improve the dust environment of the downhole, and the average dust reduction efficiency of total dust and respirable dust reaches 86.45% and 81.39%, significantly reducing the dust concentration of the downhole.
