摘要
为深入推进电力体制改革工作,推动新型电力系统建设,加速实现“3060碳达峰、碳中和”目标,工业园区的低碳化、清洁化发展将成为电力系统清洁化转型过程中的重要趋势和重点内容,工业园区实现新能源替代、实行碳排放管理势在必行。在此背景下,立足电碳市场协同大背景,从面向碳市场的角度对(近)零碳园区展开研究,对不同碳交易场景下的(近)零碳园区进行深入分析,构建了系统的(近)零碳园区全生命周期碳排放核算方法,并建立了以碳排放最低为目标的园区综合能源系统配置优化模型,致力于推进(近)零碳园区在未来的发展。

Abstract
In order to further promote the reform of the power system, promote the construction of a new power system, and accelerate therealization of the goal of “3060 carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, the low-carbon and clean development of industrial parks will becomean important trend and key content in the clean transformation process of the power system, and it is imperative for industrial parks torealize new energy replacement and implement carbon emission management. In this context, based on the background of electric carbonmarket collaboration, this paper studies (near) zero-carbon parks from the perspective of carbon market, conducts in-depth analysis of(near) zero-carbon parks under different carbon trading scenarios, and builds a systematic carbon emission accounting method for thewhole life cycle of ( near) zero-carbon parks. Moreover, an optimization model of the park’ s integrated energy system configurationaiming at the lowest carbon emission is established to promote the development of (near) zero-carbon parks in the future.
