摘要
全国统一能源市场是统一大市场的重要组成部分。建设全国统一的能源大市场,就是要在有序推进全国能源市场建设的目标下,进一步健全各主体交易体系,多层次统一电碳市场体系;然而,电碳市场的利益关系日益复杂多样化,给构建全国统一能源市场带来了新的挑战。此外,能源领域“双碳”工作任务重、压力大。建设全国统一的能源市场,必须结合碳达峰、碳中和目标任务,有序推进,而可再生能源机组具有很强的随机性和波动性,需要综合能源系统来进行统一规划管理,如何科学衡量各主体对于经济发展、碳减排的贡献度成为了一项亟需解决的难题。立足电碳协同市场大背景,通过构建混合博弈模型,在降低综合能源系统运行成本的同时,提高可再生能源消纳;并在综合考虑碳减排和经济效益边际贡献的基础上,提出改进Shapley值法,激励主体在追求经济效益的同时,参与综合能源系统的协同优化。

Abstract
The national unified energy market is an important component of the unified market. To build a national unified energy market,it is necessary to further improve the trading system of various entities and the multi-level unified electricity and carbon market system under the goal of orderly promoting the construction of the national energy market. However, the increasingly complex and diverse interests of the electricity and carbon market have brought new challenges to the construction of the national unified energy market. In addition, the “dual carbon” work in the energy sector is heavy and under great pressure. To build a unified national energy market, it is necessary to combine the task of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and promote it in an orderly manner. Renewable energy units have strong randomness and volatility, requiring a comprehensive energy system for unified planning and management. How to scientifically measure the contribution of various entities to economic development and carbon reduction has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the background of the electricity carbon collaborative market, a mixed game model is constructed to reduce the operating costs of the comprehensive energy system while increasing the consumption of renewable energy. Based on the comprehensive consideration of carbon emission reduction and marginal contribution of economic benefits, an improved Shapley value method is proposed to motivate entities to participate in the collaborative optimization of the comprehensive energy system while pursuing economic benefits.
