    为了解决蒙新选煤厂煤泥水处理效果差,细粒级精煤回收率低的问题,对该选煤厂原有生产系统进行了分析,发现该厂入选原煤煤质差异较大且缺少粗颗粒煤泥处理工艺,浮选入料粒度控制效果较差,造成浮选效果差的问题,而且入浮物料存在不均匀现象。因此决定增设高频叠筛与矿浆预处理器,以完善原厂浮选选前截粗工艺,增加两次浮选选前预处理环节;针对原煤煤质变化造成的浮选入料煤泥性质变化大的问题,选用对煤泥性质有更强适应性的机械搅拌式浮选机替代原喷射式浮选机。改造完成后,浮选精煤回收率得到了显著提高,经济效益也随之提高。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem of poor treatment effect of slime water and low recovery rate of fine grade cleaned coal in Mengxin coal preparation plant, the analysis of the original production system of the plant found that the raw coal in the plant had a large difference in coal quality and lacked coarse slime treatment technology, and the control effect of flotation feed particle size was poor, it causes the problem of poor flotation effect. And there is uneven phenomenon in the floating material. Therefore, it is decided to improve the coarsing process before flotation separation in the original factory, and add two pre-treatment links before flotation separation: High frequency fold screen and pulp preprocessor; In view of the large change in the properties of the feed-in coal slurry caused by the unfixed coal quality of raw coal, the flotation equipment is replaced and the mechanical agitation flotation machine which is more adaptable to raw coal is selected. To achieve the purpose of improving the flotation effect, improving the quality of clean coal and the recovery rate of clean coal.
